Meet Our Founder!

Darryl B. Joiner II is a writer turned publisher whose career works to “Rewrite the Laws of Education, Entertainment, and Enterprise.” His professional background spans curriculum development, workforce ecosystem architecture, and narrative engineering—fields he combines to create OMNi & Company’s learning systems that naturally evolve into transmedia IP. Before beginning his own research & development firm, Joiner has spent the last several years authoring a suite of textbooks, crafted multi-volume fiction and non-fiction projects, developed television pilots, feature scripts, novellas, comic works, and multiple stage concepts—forming a deep catalog of original material designed for adaptation and scalable production.

His skillset centers on structural thinking, story architecture, and the ability to translate educational content into commercially viable creative works. He is equally at home designing a pedagogical model, outlining a studio pipeline, or building a world for a novel or screenplay. This blend of intellectual discipline and creative fluency shapes the foundation of OMNi & Company’s R&D approach.

Darryl’s goals for OMNi are direct:

3. To establish a transmedia ecosystem that connects classrooms, studios, and communities through story.

His work moves with purpose—developing partnerships, creating talent pathways, and establishing the infrastructure needed for long-term, generational creative impact.
