OMNi’s | Studio Framework

Our Studio Framework is a four-stage capital formation architecture(CFA) model that (1) validates intellectual property yield within governed Studio Programs, (2) converts existing institutions into revenue-producing Studio Campuses through our digital systems, standardized licensing and performance metrics, (3) aggregates top-performing campuses into performance-financed Micro Studio District developments on entitled land, and (4) scales those districts into fully integrated Studio Cities where housing, education, and commerce operate as a unified, self-financing production economy.

At the helm of this work is Darryl B. Joiner II, Chief Institutional Architect, who oversees the strategic design and execution of our proprietary Studio Framework.

Capital Formation Architecture (CFA)

Our structured financial design system that integrates public incentives, private equity, and non-dilutive funding into a sequenced capital stack aligned with phased development milestones. It aligns project readiness, regulatory compliance, revenue modeling, and institutional documentation to ensure capital is deployed efficiently, with controlled risk and defined return pathways.

How We Work

The Studio Framework drives two complementary consultancy functions:

1. External Consultantship — Sowing the Seeds

We provide capital formation architecture (CFA) consulting to organizations seeking to adopt the Studio Framework. Our external engagements include:

• Strategic planning for campus or district buildouts
• Operational and financial design
• Advisory on capital structuring and sequencing

The goal: plant the Studio Framework within other organizations, providing expertise without embedding internal capital partners.

2. Internal Consultantship — Watering the Seeds

Within OMNi & Company projects or owned campuses, we execute and expand the Studio Framework by inviting capital partners to activate our existing CFA models. This includes:

• Full activation of infrastructure and governance systems
• Operational and capital oversight for project execution
• Scaling of existing frameworks for monetization and sustainability

The goal: grow and strengthen projects we already own or strategically control alongside capital partners, leveraging their expertise to ensure success.
