Meet Our Founder!

Darryl B. Joiner II is a writer turned builder whose career works to “Rewrite the Laws of Education, Entertainment, and Enterprise.”

As the founder of OMNi & Company and The OMNi Institute, Joiner’s work integrates theology, education, media production, and civic design into unified economic systems.

Over the better part of a decade, Joiner has developed what he establishes as The Studio Stack—Studio Programs, Studio Campuses, Studio Districts, and Studio Cities—institutional models that transform K–12 education into transmedia production environments. Within these systems, micro-schools function as generative studios, producing films, books, publishing pipelines, live performance, and intellectual property ecosystems that circulate value internally rather than depend on external subsidy.

Joiner is the author of The Destroyer of Worlds: A System of Theological and Civic Reconstruction, a seven-volume academic corpus integrating metaphysical economics and civic architecture into an operational framework for institutional restoration.

Across literature, screenwriting, and academic research, he has completed 50+ major works spanning fiction, film, and interdisciplinary civic studies.

In practice, Joiner operates as a civic infrastructure consultant and economic architect, designing land-based education systems, post-crisis redevelopment models, PRI capital formation frameworks, and zoning strategies that convert underutilized campuses and properties into sovereign production districts. His Studio Campus deployment model integrates housing, publishing, curriculum design, and capital rotation into cohesive civic engines.

His work advances a single thesis: education is not a service sector but a city-forming technology.

At the center of it all is a simple conviction: story can change how people learn, how communities grow, and how opportunity becomes accessible.
