OMNi & Company, founded by Darryl B. Joiner II, is a microschool developer and R&D firm. We design programs, textbooks, and courses through studio pipelines that allow learners of all ages to create movies, books, merchandise, and more while generating meaningful jobs in marginalized communities. Our mission: To transform people and organizations into production studios by turning their story into a structured program, distributing it across multiple channels where 300 students engage directly as writers, producers, marketers, designers, project managers, and other essential roles to fulfill the creative, operational, and market needs of the studio while learning to run a real content enterprise:

1. myOMNi™ | Initiative: Our Studio™️ programs and certification courses enable students to earn while they learn, creating CONTENT, CASH, and CAREERS now—not later.

2. my•CourseCareers: These courses train and certify students to transform nonfiction textbooks into Transmedia Entertainment Franchises FULLY equipped with (1) diverse product offerings, (2) distribution channels and (3) market funnels. We build students to become CREATORS—not just another course-educated consumer. 
3. my•Merch (Production+Platform): Our Digital Marketing, Product Design, Manufacturing & Distribution Platform is our bread and butter. Here, students are given the tools to operationalize their course into a REAL brand, building a REAL franchise from their certification course outputs (e.g., Intellectual Property).  

4. Ancient Paths Program: Our publishing and adaptation Studio™️ program arm closes a critical gap in society: reliance on public-private patronage. By providing institutions with diverse product offerings, robust distribution channels, and integrated marketing funnels, Ancient Paths turns ideas into self-sustaining intellectual property. Learners gain hands-on experience transforming concepts into novels, comics, manga, games, TV, film, and merchandise, operationalizing scholarship into cultural and economic impact.
