Theater is not merely performance—it is a living ecosystem, a place where art, enterprise, and community intersect. What story are we called to tell? The Ancient Paths Theater Company was founded to answer these very questions with action—building a space where learning, creation, and opportunity converge.

OMNi & Company, a research and development firm at the intersection of education and transmedia production, officially introduces the Ancient Paths Theater Company, a new theatrical enterprise dedicated to transforming student-created content into fully realized stage productions. Positioned as the performance arm of OMNi’s myOMNi™ Program, the Ancient Paths Theater Company serves as a professional platform where our students’ educational outputs evolve into rehearsed, produced, and publicly staged works. This is where our students’ projects—screenplays, novels, comic books, and everything in between—jump off the page and land on the stage.

Here are the roles we are currently seeking partners to serve alongside:

• Artistic Director: The soul of the stage. Chooses the work, shapes the vision, mentors the creatives.
• Managing Director: The spine of the company. Balances budgets, staff, contracts, and operations.
• Production Manager: The heartbeat of every show. Oversees schedules, rehearsals, and technical execution.
• Marketing & PR Lead: The voice that carries your story. Builds audience, creates buzz, and amplifies impact.
• Box Office & Front of House: The welcome mat. Manages tickets, guests, and the theater experience.
• Designers & Technicians: The hands that craft the world. Build sets, light scenes, design costumes, and control sound.

At Ancient Paths, every role is both servant and steward—they care for the work and the people making it. Communication flows constantly, silos are eliminated, and every decision is documented—because history is the teacher that guides the future.

Through this initiative, OMNi affirms its role not only as an innovator in workforce and educational design, but as a contributor to the evolving landscape of American theater—championing new voices, new structures, and new pathways for creators to enter the industry with credibility, confidence, and community impact.

The Ancient Paths Theater Company transforms student-created stories into fully produced stage works, giving emerging voices a platform to shape and serve the community. We unite training, production, and performance under one ecosystem so every rehearsal becomes a workforce moment.

Our students bring screenplays, comics, novels, and more from the classroom directly to the stage, gaining experience in casting, set design, directing, production, and audience engagement. This model revitalizes local theater by supplying a continuous stream of new talent and new content.
