OMNi & Company is a research and development firm in Workforce + Education here to design textbooks and courses—certification courses—that create jobs in disintegrated communities through 3 distinctive channels: 

1. myOMNi™: Our workforce program that enables students to BUY, OPERATE, OWN, & SCALE their education to become the engine of both creativity and economic output (program features: my•CourseCareers & my•Merch | Production+Platform)
2. my•CourseCareers: Our certification courses affectionately branded as Franchise Courses. These courses train students on how to treat their course like a BRAND, and certify students in building that brand into a FULLY operational franchise. Basically, we train & certify students to become Franchisees—owners of their brand—not just another course-educated consumer. 
3. my•Merch (Production+Platform): Our Digital Marketing, Product Design, Manufacturing & Distribution Platform. Here, students are given the tools to operationalize their course as a REAL brand, building a REAL franchise from their certification course outputs (e.g., Intellectual Property).
