Here, the Tailor, the Holders, and the Hearers gather at The Paragon…where being exemplary isn’t the point. The point is to be set alongside, to connect, and to construct a world where truth isn’t scripted…it’s scribed.

Meet the Holders:
the Belt, namer of affliction;
the Brock, protector of the afflicted;
the Brogues, walker of assignment;
the Brief, partner in execution;
and the Brim Bâton D’arme, alignment for release.

This isn’t a talk show. It’s a training ground for sons. A place where families become.

“The Tailor’s Table program is built to mirror a civic design workshop where men are trained to identify externally imposed afflictions and distinguish them from the problems those afflictions produce when left unprocessed. Affliction names the outside pressure; the afflicted are the people who absorb it, generating internal problems that require clarity, design, and disciplined response.

At the table, men don’t debate—they deliberate. The Belt names the affliction; the Brock identifies the afflicted by tracing people, problems, solutions, and outcomes; the Brogues and Brief produce the assignment by developing and stress-testing solutions; and the Brim with the Bâton d’arme align and distribute what works. The Hearers serve as witness and jury, while the Tailor renders a verdict that turns analysis into principle and action.

This is a formation workshop for young men entering education, entertainment, and enterprise—training them to process pressure, design solutions, and move ideas from diagnosis to deployment. Not a classroom. A council built for repair.”

The Tailor’s Table is a men’s formation program built to cultivate clarity, character, and conviction. Our mission is to build men who can identify what is broken, name the pressure behind it, and respond with purpose. We are intentionally building a community of contributors, educators, mentors, and strategic partners who share our commitment to identity, formation, and excellence.

Lead a structured lesson or workshop that teaches practical skills, standards, and principles. This is an opportunity to shape the formation process through education and intentional instruction.

Engage directly with participants through feedback, guidance, and mentorship. This path allows you to influence the men’s development in real-time and become a trusted presence in the formation journey.
